It is not intended for general complaints about goods/services or for settling personal grievances. Please note that knowingly submitting false information is prohibited.

How to Report To allow us to take precise and swift action, please provide as much detail as possible. We will respond within the statutory timeframes. Your report should be clear to non-experts and address the following points:

  • Who is involved or affected?

  • What happened? (Description of facts)

  • When did the incident occur?

  • Where did it take place?

  • How often did it happen?

Note: Being available to answer further questions is very helpful. However, if you prefer to remain anonymous, we fully respect that decision.
