How to submit reports properly

Expect more. – Our brand promise aptly describes how we work and treat each other. We – these are the people who are personally involved with Huber & Ranner: the two owners, all employees and our network of customers and suppliers. This is the focus of our strategy.

The whistleblower system serves the secure and confidential receipt and processing of information about (suspected) violations of laws or internal regulations to the detriment of HUBER&RANNER GmbH.

Reporting office 

It is important to our company to ensure a fair environment. We would therefore like to give you the opportunity to report suspected legal violations to us. All information and reports will be treated confidentially.

Please describe your report(s) in as much detail as possible so that we can take precise and swift action. You will receive feedback from us within the prescribed deadlines.

An important point: This reporting office is for reporting legal violations in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act and not for complaints about our goods or services or for settling personal differences of opinion. In addition, reports containing untrue information must never be knowingly submitted.

It is therefore important that the report is formulated as specifically as possible. It is helpful if you consider these necessary points when making a report:

Who is involved? Who is affected?
What – What has happened? Description of the facts.
When – When was the incident?
How – How often did it happen?
Where – Where did the incident take place?

Whistleblowers should make sure that the descriptions can also be understood by people from outside the field. It is helpful if they are available to answer further questions. If they are willing to do so but wish to remain anonymous, whistleblowers can use the anonymous reporting channels.
